Global Talent Exchange connects candidates, employers, and mobility partners across borders. We engineered a multi-role Next.js marketplace that gives each user type its own journey, backed by secure login and powerful job search.
Global hiring involves three very different users: candidates, employers, and mobility partners. Each needed their own experience within one platform. We delivered a multi-role js marketplace with role-based login, protected journeys, and API-driven search, making it easier to connect global talent with the right opportunities.

A global talent marketplace has to serve people with very different goals. Candidates want to find roles. Employers want to find talent. Mobility partners support the move in between. We engineered a Next.js marketplace that connects all three through reusable, responsive product modules. Each role gets its own login entry point and protected journey, with clear loading and error states so users always know what’s happening. The result is a platform that feels simple to every user, even though a lot is happening behind the scenes.
Built to help talent and opportunity find each other
Search is the heart of any job marketplace. We built API-driven discovery that combines keyword and location search, filters, detailed job pages, and country data, all backed by admin-managed content the team can update at any time. Token-aware authentication keeps each user’s journey secure, while the Next.js foundation keeps pages fast and search-friendly. The platform gives Global Talent Exchange a strong, scalable base for connecting talent and employers across borders.
